> Set Up Begins: Wednesday, 3/17/10: 1:00 pm
> Exhibit Hall Hours:
3/17 - 4:00 - 4:30 pm; 5:30 - 6:30 pm
3/18 - 7:30 - 8:30 am; 9:45 - 10:15 am; 3:00 - 3:30 pm; 4:45 - 6:00 pm
3/19 - 8:00 - 9:00 am; 10:15 - 10:45 am
> Tear Down Begins: Friday, 3/19/10: 10:45 am Please do not dismantle prior unless special arrangements have been made with chapter administration
Booth Selection:
The order of booth selection will be based on the level of support for the conference and annual sponsorship commitments. Registrations received by February 10 will be included in the initial booth selections. After that date, registrants will choose a booth based on the remaining spots on a first come-first serve basis.
Door Prize:
If you wish to provide a door prize and are registering online, please list your item in an e-mail to azhfma@scltd.biz. Your company will be listed in the conference portfolio and you can announce the winner at the drawings.
